New Head Brewer coming to Louisville Brewery

A brewery in Louisville is getting a new head brewer. Which brewery? Who is the new head brewer?

Goodwood Brewing Co. has announced that Brian Clark is the new head brewer and will also oversee all brewing operations. He will take over these duties effective immediately.

Clark has been with the company since 2016 and began as a packing technician. He then went to become a filter technician to brewer to head brewer. Clark received his brewing training at Siebel Institute of Technology.

He has worked to improve quality and consistency across the Goodwood portfolio and has brought a work ethic and process that has driven approach that has changed the operation culture.

“Brian has distinguished himself thru his dedication to product quality, consistency and overall production management. As a cicerone, Brian brings another level of appreciation and discernment to his craft” says Goodwood CEO, Ted Mitzlaff.
